Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Sales & Development Manager to drive growth and expand our client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and supporting the company’s strategic expansion plans.

This role includes working closely with prospective investors and partners interested in acquiring franchise opportunities, as well as supporting the organisation’s long-term business development strategy.


Key Responsibilities :

* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
* Liaise with prospective clients and investors interested in purchasing franchise opportunities
* Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process, including onboarding new partners
* Support business expansion by identifying new markets and potential locations
* Deliver presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders
* Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve growth targets
* Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports using CRM systems



Person Specification

* Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
* Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)


Desirable :

* Experience in franchise sales or business expansion projects
* Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning
* Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
