Summary
General Responsibilities: Maintain professional registration and undertake CPD in accordance with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Support training and development of staff on the use of digital systems related to medicines management. Contribute to the ongoing review and development of medicines-related policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines. Actively promote a culture of digital innovation, safety, and continuous improvement in prescribing practice. Support audits, research, and evaluation activities related to digital prescribing and medicines optimisation. Required to participate in the pharmacy departments weekend and bank holiday rota, providing clinical and/or dispensary services as part of a scheduled team. Required to participate in the pharmacy departments on-call rota, providing remote or on-site support for urgent medicines-related queries and clinical advice.
