What you'll be doing
Join PACT as a People Partner and play a key role in supporting the people who help deliver a thriving parliamentary democracy.
Working within the People Management team in PACT, you'll partner with business areas across the organisation, providing expert HR advice and practical solutions that help managers lead their teams effectively. This role offers a varied and fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of complex HR cases and advising on employee relations matters using strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice..
Working closely with colleagues across HR, you'll help deliver a joined-up people service, support the delivery of the People Strategy and contribute to the continuous development of HR policies, guidance and processes.
This role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with an expectation of you spending 40% of your time in the office.
What we're looking for
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience
- Up to date knowledge of employment legislation
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service, through excellent inter-personal skills, including the ability to build and maintain good working relationships
- Well-developed communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience of analysing data to identify trends and making recommendations for improvement
