Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
Manpower is currently recruiting on behalf of our long-established food manufacturing client based in Bonnyrigg. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Industrial Cleaner to join a busy production environment with the potential to secure a permanent contract.
This is a temporary to permanent position - offering long-term stability and career progression for the right candidate.

Rotational Shifts
- Week 1: 06:30 - 14:30
- Week 2: 14:30 - 22:30
(Please note: flexibility may be required depending on production needs.)
Location
- Due to the site location, own transport is essential
About the Role
Working within a busy food manufacturing environment, you will play a key role in maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards across the factory floor and production areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising production lines and machinery
- Deep cleaning of floors, walls, and work surfaces
- Handling and disposing of waste in line with company procedures
- Using industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Cleaning communal areas including staff facilities
- Completing cleaning records and documentation accurately
- Supporting production teams with maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is essential
- Understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Own transport due to location
