Pay Scale: Grade 12 - £25,185 per annum. £9,189 pro rata.
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Weekends Lettings Assistant to support the out-of-hours use of our school facilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining a safe environment, and provides excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Opening and closing the school site for weekend and out-of-hours lettings
• Setting up and preparing rooms and facilities for external users
• Welcoming hirers and acting as the main point of contact during their booking
• Ensuring the safety and security of the site at all times
• Carrying out basic health & safety checks
• Responding appropriately to any issues or emergencies
• Ensuring facilities are left clean, tidy, and ready for the next use
The Ideal Candidate Will:
• Be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Have good communication and customer service skills
• Be able to work independently and show initiative
• Have a calm and professional manner
• Be willing to undergo safeguarding and background checks
Previous caretaking, site supervision, or customer-facing experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
