Summary
An opportunity has arisen to make a meaningful and lasting difference to children’s lives by joining our highly effective and supportive team.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Has experience supporting learners with ALN
• Understands behaviour as communication, rooted in emotional and sensory needs
• Can remain calm, reflective and emotionally attuned when pupils may not be
• Is able to provide clear, consistent boundaries alongside empathy and respect
• Values teamwork and communicates effectively with staff, learners and families
• Is committed to the well being, dignity and rights of all learners
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated practitioner who is passionate about supporting all pupils, but especially those with additional learning needs, particularly through high-quality 1:1 support. If you are compassionate, resilient and skilled in supporting learners with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) (especially those whose needs may present through heightened anxiety, difficulties in regulating themselves or distressed responses to learning and change) we would love to hear from you.
