We are looking to appoint a part time teaching assistant due to a rising school roll.
We are a caring, successful and friendly two-class school in the village of Crew Green and are looking for an enthusiastic and caring practitioner to join our motivated team. The role will involve working across all ages within the primary phase.
We are looking to appoint a teaching assistant who:
• Values the importance of building excellent relationships with the children
• Is flexible and adaptable
• Understands the importance of learning through authentic experiences and using the outdoor environment
• Has a good understanding of the Curriculum for Wales
• Values the Welsh language and culture
• Has a keen interest in child development
• Demonstrates a willingness to actively participate within the wider school life.
• Has high expectations in regards to learning and behaviour
