Summary
Premises Officer – Permanent
Post to start as soon as possible, following Safer Recruitment procedures
7.30am-9.30am daily – 10hrs per week, 52 weeks per year.
Salary = Grade 6, Pay point 9-10, salary range of £25995 - £26409 pro rata
We are looking for someone to join us who is: -
We are looking for a skilled, highly motivated and reliable Premises Officer to join our hard working and friendly team.
The successful applicant will show a commitment to maintaining the Nursery and its grounds to a very high standard, but always with the safety of our young children in mind. Applicants must have the ability to carry out general maintenance, Health & Safety checks on the premises, internal fixtures/fittings and of some equipment e.g. repairs to toys, etc. The successful applicant will assume responsibility unlocking of the Nursery each day and for overseeing Health, Safety and Security procedures.
Applicants will need to possess the ability to be methodical and well-planned in the management of their workload, as well as having the ability to react to unforeseen situations and emergencies.
