IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Refuse Loaders for a client based in Swansea. This is a physically active, outdoor role offering ongoing work, immediate starts, and the opportunity to join a supportive team.
Key Duties- Load refuse and recycling materials onto collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Collect bins, bags, and recycling containers along designated routes.
- Assist with sorting and handling recyclable materials where required.
- Support drivers and crew members to complete daily collection rounds on time.
- Carry out manual handling and lifting throughout the shift.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
- £12.85 - £16.71 per hour.
