This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of service delivery, bringing food and drink experiences to life through engaging and personable service.

​As a Hospitality Assistant, you will interact with customers throughout the day, preparing and delivering high-quality food and beverages while creating memorable experiences.

You will work across a variety of service styles, including barista service, pop-ups, events, and room hosting, taking pride in both the experience you deliver and the standards you uphold.

The Role

Provide outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring a welcoming and engaging customer experience

Prepare, process, and deliver food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain clean, safe, and well-organised front- and back-of-house areas

Actively engage with customers, anticipating their needs and making informed recommendations

Deliver experiences, not just service - bringing energy, personality, and professionalism to the role

Maintain high standards of quality, acting as a final quality check before service is delivered

Uphold strong health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Remain knowledgeable about current offers and hospitality trends

Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a “One Team” culture

Support management with audits, inspections, and continuous improvement activities

About You

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage service (premium coffee experience desirable)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks

Calm and professional approach under pressure

Confident working both independently and as part of a team

Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

Motivated, flexible, and committed

Passionate about delivering high-quality service and memorable experiences
