Summary
Manage own delegated portfolio across the LDA Commissioning team with line manager support. To provide management and leadership to support staff working directly and indirectly with the DSR process. To work with people with a learning disability and/ or autism to maximise their independence with the appropriate support and services. To plan, promote and deliver services To ensure the service delivery both directly and commissioned are in line with national policy and guidance in relation to the Dynamic Support Register (DSR), care, education and treatment reviews (C(E)TRs) and Case Management in a person centred and individualised approach.
