Summary

An exciting Registered Manager opportunity within a well-established organisation operating in the Cheshire East (SK10 postal area). For confidentiality reasons, the exact location isn’t being widely advertised at this stage.

About the Service:
3-bedroom home supporting young people aged 8–18 (mixed gender)
Currently operating as a supported accommodation (solo provision)
In the process of transitioning to a fully registered children’s home
Immediate start available
We are looking for experienced Registered Managers with a strong background in registration and inspections, or
Deputy Managers ready to step up and complete their Level 5 qualification.


Salary & Benefits:
Deputy stepping up: £55,000 + bonuses (up to £58,000 total)
Experienced Registered Managers: Salary increased by £5,000 (based on experience)
Bonus structure:
£1,000 after 3 months
£2,000 after 6 months
£3,000 for an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating
£1,500 for a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating


Working Pattern & Team:
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Supported by a team of 6 staff (3 Team Leaders, 3 Residential Support Workers)
3:1 staffing model (including the Manager)


Additional Information:
The home is ready to progress with registration, pending the appointment of a Registered Manager to complete the process.
The organisation may offer interim management support across other services during registration.
