Food Production Operatives - Irthlingborough (NN9)
Pay: £14.24 - £16.21 per hour* (depending on shift pattern)
*Inclusive of holiday pay, accrued at a rate of 12.07%
Shifts
Morning: 6:54am – 3:00pm
£14.24 per hour (inclusive of £1.53 holiday pay)
Afternoon: 2:54pm - 11pm
£15.59 per hour (inclusive of £1.68 holiday pay)
Evening: 11:54pm - 7am
£16.21 per hour (inclusive of £1.75 holiday pay)
The role
We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production facility in Wellingborough. This is a practical, team-based role in a busy environment.
A paid induction and Food Safety Level 2 certification are required before starting.
Key duties:
- Assist with the smooth running of the production line
- Pack and prepare products for dispatch
- Perform quality checks to meet product and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised work area using 6S principles
- Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and work on your feet for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable
