Summary

Grade UE03: £24,729 to £25,804 per annum pro-rata if part-time (£13.55 - £14.14 per hour) plus a 5% Premium band for flexible working

CSG / Accommodation, Catering and Events / Property Team

Full time: 35 hours per week, working on a 5 over 7 basis including weekends and varied shift patterns typically between 7am – 6pm

Fixed-term: from 18th May 2026 to 13th September 2026

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our busy Housekeeping Team. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic, and dedicated people with a strong customer focus to help maintain high cleaning & housekeeping standards across our accommodation.


This Summer Domestic Team Supervisor role will support the Team Leader in all aspects of planning, organising, and distributing linen during the summer letting period. The postholder will report directly to the Team Leader, who oversees linen operations across multiple buildings. The successful candidate will supervise a team of eight Linen Assistants, ensuring the effective distribution, collection, and counting of clean and used linen, as well as managing all aspects of team performance.

You should possess excellent organisational skills and have previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality. A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering excellent service are essential. Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of colleagues and customers are required. Experience in workload allocation to team members is essential. Supervisory skills are desirable.

This role require weekend working on a rota basis for the duration of your contract. At all times Flexibility is essential, as working patterns & locations may change in line with business needs.

You must be able to commit to the entire fixed-term period of employment.
