A well-established, forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services. Due to continued growth, the Commercial Property and Development team is expanding, and looking to appoint two Solicitors to support this next phase.
The opportunity
Seeking two driven and personable Solicitors to join a collaborative and close-knit team:
One with a strong background in Commercial Property
One with experience in Commercial Development, including exposure to Promotion Agreements, Options and Section 106 Agreements

Key responsibilities
Managing a varied caseload of commercial property and/or development matters
Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, refinances and development projects
Drafting and negotiating a range of legal documents including:
Leases
Sale and purchase agreements
Overage and development agreements
Promotion and option agreements
Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
Supporting on more complex matters alongside senior team members where required
Keeping up to date with legal and market developments
About you
Qualified Solicitor (minimum 1 year PQE)
Experience within commercial property or development work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Commercially minded with a practical, solutions-focused approach
Organised with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively
Positive attitude with a genuine interest in ongoing development
