We are currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of supportive and welcoming schools, covering EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. About the Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. You’ll work across a variety of schools and year groups, gaining valuable experience while making a meaningful impact on pupils’ education.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
  
• Follow school planning or adapt lessons confidently where needed
  
• Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
  
• Ensure pupils remain engaged, motivated and on task
  
• Differentiate learning to support SEN and EAL pupils
  
• Mark work where required and provide clear feedback to staff
  
• Uphold school policies, including behaviour and safeguarding procedures
  
• Build strong relationships quickly with pupils and staff
  
• Maintain consistency and high expectations in all settings
  

  What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    
  • Recent experience within UK primary schools
    
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
    
  • A flexible, reliable and proactive approach
    
  • Confidence teaching across different year groups
    
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
