The Role
We are looking for a reliable and practical Office Administrator to support daily office operations.
This role suits someone who understands how an office works and can complete tasks properly without constant guidance. Years of experience are not important, but the ability to work effectively in an office environment is essential.
We are particularly interested in candidates who are willing and able to use AI tools to improve how work is done.
This is a fully office-based role. No remote or hybrid working is available.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks
Keep records accurate, complete, and up to date
Communicate with customers when required
Prepare and provide documents for audits
Maintain organised filing systems (digital and paper)
Check work for errors and correct them before submission
Look for ways to complete tasks more efficiently, including using AI tools
Carry out additional tasks as needed
Skills & Requirements
Familiar with working in an office environment
Competent in using IT systems (office software, email, and digital platforms)
Willing and able to use AI tools to improve work efficiency (essential)
Good command of English and numeracy
Able to manage multiple tasks and complete them on time
Able to follow instructions and take responsibility for completing tasks properly
Basic accounting knowledge is an advantage
