We are currently seeking a Corporate Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious client site in Bath.

As a Security / Reception Officer, you will play a key role in protecting people, property, and assets while providing a high-visibility yet warm and professional front-of-house presence.​

You will work as part of an integrated Workplace and Security team, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, and welcoming at all times.

The Role

Provide a professional, high-visibility security and reception presence

Maintain a safe and secure environment in line with Assignment Instructions

Control access to the site, including administration of security card access

Monitor and respond to CCTV systems

Welcome visitors, contractors, and staff in a polite and professional manner

Provide advice, guidance, and information to visitors and colleagues

Escort contractors and subcontractors when required

Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and evacuations

Escalate security, workplace, or Health & Safety incidents appropriately

Support the wider Workplace team when required

Work collaboratively as part of a team of officers, including covering holidays and sickness

About You

Excellent spoken and written communication skills

Strong customer service focus with a professional, friendly approach

Calm, confident personality with the ability to manage challenging situations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, flexible, and punctual with a strong work ethic

Previous experience in a security or customer-facing role

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection licence (CCTV licence and First Aid certificate are advantageous)

Eligible for Client Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for 5 years)
