As a Director of Clinical Services (Matron), you will: Quickly understand the clinical challenges facing our hospital and build excellent relationships with internal customers and external bodies Ensure that we provide safe and effective care through a range of surgical and medical interventions Deliver effective operational management and inspirational leadership Be a role model for excellent clinical governance, providing strategy and direction for our hospital Champion improvements to clinical standards, care and service across wards, theatres, outpatients, pharmacy, radiology, imaging, cardiology and pathology Always be approachable and accessible to patients, relatives and colleagues Helping you feel good.
