Customer Service Advisor – Independent Bodyshop
Petersfield Area
£36,000 - £37,000 Salary
We’re working with a well-established, independent bodyshop in the Petersfield area who are looking to add a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit, supportive environment where your customer service skills will be truly valued.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. You’ll handle enquiries, provide updates, and coordinate with the workshop team to keep everything running efficiently.
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch)
• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00am – 12:00pm (paid as overtime at time and a half)
What’s on Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of £14.50–£15.00
• £33,900–£35,100 + OT for Sats
• 22 days holiday + bank holidays
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• On-site parking

• Strong customer service skills and a professional, approachable manner
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience in a bodyshop, automotive, or similar customer-facing role is required
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
