About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join their team.
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care, ensuring residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence are always maintained. You will work as part of a supportive team, assisting with personal care and contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the home.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting residents with personal care needs
• Promoting independence and dignity
• Assisting with daily routines and general activities
• Working collaboratively with Nurses and Senior Support Workers
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

About You
• A caring, patient, and compassionate approach
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
