Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment? Join our front-of-house team at Edinburgh Leisure as a Welcome Host, where you’ll be the face of our venues, creating memorable experiences for every customer.
What You’ll Do:
- Meeting and greeting customers, pointing them in the right direction, creating a welcoming and fun environment, and helping them get the best experience in every visit.
- Responding to customers’ questions and enquiries in person, over the telephone, and by email in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Preparing and setting up our venues and equipment for events and customer use.
- Keeping everything clean, tidy, safe, and presentable.
What You’ll Bring:
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in customer-facing roles.
- Vibrant, customer-focused personality with strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks, stay calm under pressure, and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Ability to connect with diverse people and work independently or in a team.
- Ability to learn and follow all safety standards and procedures. Basic understanding of technology and experience with point-of-sale systems.
