Summary
Level 3 EYFS SEN Practitioner needed!
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join our early years team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You would be working with Key Children who have SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development
- Ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, identifying next steps in learning
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain high standards of care and education
- Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are always met
- Support children's personal, social, and emotional development

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
Comfortable working with SEN
