Working collaboratively, we create an inclusive and respectful environment where people feel supported and empowered to live independently.The RoleAs an Assistant Support Worker, you will:Provide personal care with dignity and sensitivitySupport with medication and daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgetingEncourage independence and help residents achieve their personal goalsOrganise local outings and community activitiesFollow personalised support plans and risk assessmentsBuild positive, trusting relationships that make a real differenceNo Experience?
