Summary
The duties of the role will include:
- Delivering engaging training sessions, both face to face and virtual
- Turning system processes into clear, user friendly learning experiences
- Creating and maintaining training materials and digital content
- Adapting training for different audiences and learning styles
- Providing post-training support to build user confidence
- Supporting system rollouts alongside project teams
- Gathering feedback and improving training content
- Keeping material up to date as systems evolve
What skills and experience do you need?
You will be a confident and engaging communicator who enjoys helping others learn and can deliver training both in person and virtually, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and simply. Experience creating training materials or eLearning content, including tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar, would be beneficial but is not essential. We welcome applicants from non-traditional training backgrounds, if you are confident presenting, have a passion for supporting others and are looking for a new career direction, full training and development will be provided. You will be proactive, well organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. This role involves travel to other company locations, so a full UK driving licence is required.
