Summary
The Practice Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the practice, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, efficient operations, and a positive experience for patients and staff. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Oversee administrative systems and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness Manage, support, and develop the practice team, including recruitment, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards Monitor practice performance. Act as the main point of contact for operational issues, resolving challenges in a timely and professional manner Maintain a high standard of patient care and experience, addressing feedback and implementing improvements where needed Coordinate with external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners as required Support strategic planning and contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the practice This role requires a proactive, organised individual with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
