Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly forward thinking, caring and innovative team for 6 sessions working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Come and join our dynamic, cohesive and adaptable team in a fabulous conversion in central Hove; close to excellent transport links and with on-site parking. Main duties of the job Morning and afternoon surgeries- hybrid of face to face and telephone appointments. Home visits allocated according to continuity of care and fairly distributed amongst the clinical team Be part of our daily triage and signposting GP team on a pro rata basis Daily workflow of own patient list and that which you generate. Work alongside our Multi professional team including practice Pharmacists, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, Paramedic Practitioners, Physician Associate, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Associate Practitioners. Liaising with external health care professionals Continue to support our excellent QOF performance Equitable share of duty doctor days Overview of your organisation We are a cohesive and well established, high performing team, created 9 years ago from the merger of 3 local practices our list size is 25,000 patients. We have 8 GP Partners, 9 salaried GPs, 3 ANPs, 2 Paramedic Practitioners, a Physician Associate and a skilled nursing, pharmacy and administration team plus a broad range of established allied healthcare professionals working as part of our well-functioning Goldstone PCN. We consult using EMIS Web and have been pioneers for on-line consulting, electronic prescribing and workflow document management and are keen adopters of new technologies. We have excellent QOF performance and offer many specialist services - joint injections, minor ops, family planning and community anticoagulation. Our fantastic nursing team run all chronic disease clinics. We are a well-respected Training Practice, hosting GP Specialty Trainees, FY2 doctors and medical students from BSMS.
