Oversee and improve staff performance, including conducting reviews
Ensure consistency and high standards across all sessions
Support the development and training of dance coaches
Prepare students for performances and showcases
Maintain strong safeguarding and professional standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Experience delivering dance to children and young people
Strong technical knowledge in one or more dance styles
Confidence in leading or supporting other staff

Experience working in schools or community settings
Experience with SEN students

A leadership role with real influence and autonomy
Access to a Business Coach to support your professional growth
Wellbeing support as part of our staff care approach
Ongoing CPD and training opportunities
Protected admin time to fulfil leadership responsibilities
Opportunity to grow the role into full-time employment
A supportive, values-driven organisation focused on quality and impact
Why Join Us?
