What you can expect:

As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced trades people carrying out refurbishment work and responsive repairs in customers’ homes. The focus of the role is on internal and external refurbishment to a decent homes standard, including installing and maintaining kitchens and bathrooms.

During your apprenticeship, you will:

Achieve a Level 2 Multi Trade qualification
Develop into a qualified multi trade operative specialising on decent homes standards
What You’ll Learn

Repairs – Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, plastering, and decorating tasks
Work Methods: Safe use and maintenance of tools and equipment, managing materials and stock effectively
Preparation: Removing and preparing areas before installation
​Technology: Learning how to use our Oneserve software to record and track completed works
Health & Safety – Applying key safety principles in the workplace
Teamwork – Contributing within a busy team environment
Stakeholder Management – Building strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and customers
Products & Installation: Assisting with fitting kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and doors, as well as tiling and patch plastering
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop in a hands-on role.

Ideally, you will have: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4–9 / A*–C), although this is not essential

More importantly, you will:

Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Be willing to learn and take on new challenges
Enjoy practical, physical work
Be a reliable team player
Please note: This apprenticeship is not suitable for candidates who already hold (or are studying towards) a Level 2 qualification in Multi Trades.

A DBS check will also be required.
