Crynodeb
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their career and begin a management trainee programme starting as a Deputy Manager. Candidates must have the intention to develop their career within our small group of local settings.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Early Years care and education, with excellent EYFS knowledge and experience of leading a small team.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in liaising with children’s families. Successful candidates will demonstrate a clear love for working with children 6 months to five years old and committed to supporting children’s early learning and development in line with the early years foundation stage.
Successful candidates will have respect and a clear understanding of our duty to safeguard children. You will be expected to adhere to the Nursery’s policies and procedures. The position is subject to a full DBS check and completion of a full induction and training.
We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 0730-1800 we alternate shifts throughout the week.
