We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Music Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Leiston. The successful candidate will inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, creating a love of music through both practical performance and academic study.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and deliver engaging Music lessons across a range of abilities
-Lead and support extracurricular activities such as choirs, bands, and performances
-Organise school concerts and musical events
-Monitor and support student progress in line with school policies
Requirements:
-Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-Experience teaching Music in a secondary school setting
-Ability to teach a range of instruments and/or vocal skills
-Strong classroom management and organisational skills
-Passion for music and student engagement
