Our client, a well-established motorcycle dealership in Guildford, is seeking a proactive Motorcycle Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced sales professional looking to further their career within the motor trade, offering uncapped earning potential and excellent career development prospects.
Benefits for the successful Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Competitive basic salary of £20,800 with the potential to earn up to £49,000 OTE annually through uncapped commission
- 41 hours per week over five days, with a rotational day off during the week
- Opportunity to earn commission on new and used motorcycle sales, as well as additional income streams such as finance, insurance, paint, GAP, and accessories
- Quarterly bonus schemes of up to £5,500 based on individual and team performance

Duties of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to motorcycle enthusiasts and prospective buyers
- Build and maintain a robust customer database for follow-up and relationship management
- Present and recommend motorcycles tailored to each customer’s individual lifestyle and needs
- Attend events and promotional activities to generate new sales leads
- Manage customer inquiries both in person and via the phone
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through expert product knowledge and enthusiasm
- Assist customers in finance, insurance, and accessory sales to maximise revenue
- Maintain excellent knowledge of current models, features, and industry developments
Requirements needed of the Motorcycle Sales Executive:
- Minimum of one year’s experience in motorcycle sales or a related automotive sales role
- Genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles, with some knowledge of motorcycle components considered a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with customers
- Well-organised with good time management and task prioritisation capabilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to develop within the motor trade industry
- Valid driving licence and the ability to attend industry events as required
