Duties as a Parts Advisor:
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients
- Assisting with parts identification, sourcing, and availability queries
- Processing orders and managing the sale of vehicle parts and accessories
- Maintaining an organised and efficient stockroom
- Monitoring, controlling, and replenishing stock levels
- Supporting workshop productivity through efficient parts supply
- Ensuring prompt and professional handling of all enquiries
- Supporting the wider dealership team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements for the Parts Advisor position:
- Prior experience in a similar motor trade or parts adviser role (desirable)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- IT literate and comfortable using stock management and ordering systems
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work collaboratively within a team
- Capable of using initiative and remaining calm under pressure
