Paint Sprayer Required in Liverpool

Our client, a reputable and well-established Accident Repair Group with a network of Bodyshops across Scotland, Cumbria, the North West, and the Midlands, is seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join their professional Liverpool Bodyshop team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality repairs to a diverse client base, including major insurance companies and leading manufacturers, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled paint professional to further their career with a reputable organisation.

Duties of the Paint Sprayer:

- Prepare vehicles and spray to the highest standards using quality paints and techniques
- Accurately mix and match colours to produce seamless, professional finishes
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and adhere strictly to health and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation to ensure efficiency and safety
- Work within a busy repair environment to meet deadlines effectively
- Ensure all spraying activities meet quality and safety standards established by the company and manufacturer specifications

Requirements needed of the Paint Sprayer:

- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Paint Technician within an accident repair centre or automotive environment
- Essential skills include proficient spraying techniques and accurate colour matching
- ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a high-quality finish
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Reliable, professional, with a strong commitment to health and safety regulations
