What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a motivated and committed individual who is flexible in their approach.
The role involves assisting the class teacher with supporting a child with medical needs (full training will be provided) and small group interventions. Other roles will include: supervising at playtimes, lunchtimes, after school and breakfast club as and when needed. This role requires someone who is flexible and able to adapt. Experience of positive behaviour management and working with children with special education needs is desirable.
