As an expanding school, St Edburg's Church of England (VA) Primary School is looking to recruit a committed and talented Part Time Class Teacher for a number of permanent appointments starting in September 2026.

You must hold Qualified Teachers Status (QTS). You should be ambitious and passionate about raising standards. You should be a positive, creative and enthusiastic person who is able to bring out the best in our children. You must be able to actively promote school values and ethos and have the highest regard for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all. Applications from ECTs are welcome!

What the school offers its staff

St Edburg’s CE Primary School is situated on the Kingsmere Estate in Bicester. We are a dynamic, friendly and caring school which is split across two sites – lower school (Nursery to Year 2), and Upper School (Years 3 – 6). The team works hard to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children who come here. Our Support Team work in close partnership with class teachers to facilitate learning, including intervention programmes and in-class support in line with our whole school vision “All are valued, all are loved.”
