Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

De Warenne Academy are looking to appoint a PLC Manager to join our academy in June 2026 on a permanent basis.

Your new role

As the PLC Manager, you will co-ordinate the personalised learning support to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and you will manage the PLC centre for the academy/school.

Salary: Grade F Points 14 - 19 (£29,540 - £32,061 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £25,520.47.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks per year).

We serve the villages of Conisbrough and Denaby Main, situated between Doncaster and Rotherham. We are a small but oversubscribed academy, with over 750 students on roll, and we pride ourselves on knowing our students well and doing our best to ensure everyone fulfils their potential.

We benefit from having a recently built academy situated in spacious grounds with excellent facilities including a recently built 3g astroturf pitch.
