Summary
Please see job description and person specification Provide regular outreach sessions both in person and online, focusing on increasing education, knowledge and skills to facilitate behaviour change Promote outreach sessions to residents and partners through a variety of channels Engage with marginalised groups (MSM, Black Africans, SEND, young people) to increase awareness and knowledge of sexual and reproductive health support Lead on the provision of targeted groups for young LGBTQ+ people Recruit and maintain a range of quality assured outlets for registration and distribution of C-Cards and condoms Ensure staff are trained and have the skills to distribute condoms and communicate effectively, sensitively, and inclusively with young people around condom use, safer sex and signposting to sexual and reproductive health services Offer chlamydia tests to young people in outreach and other settings with a focus on young women Promote and offer chlamydia screening to those who are classed as vulnerable or high risk, such as those aged under 16 and/or those facing digital exclusion Provide training to partner organisations and other professionals on sexual and reproductive health
