Summary
Provide the full range of general medical services to registered patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and onward referral as appropriate. Undertake appropriate clinical administration (including results, correspondence and medication queries) in a timely manner, supported by practice systems. Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team (including ARRS staff) to deliver coordinated care and appropriate signposting. Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and practice meetings, and maintain CPD, appraisal and revalidation requirements. Take part in the practice on-call rota on a pro-rata basis, proportionate to your agreed number of sessions.
