We're looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more sites, ensuring all contracted services are delivered in line with legal, statutory, and client requirements.
This is a pivotal role where you will act as the operational lead on site, resolving issues swiftly and professionally to ensure the smooth, safe, and compliant running of facilities.
Role Responsibilities
-Manage and support the operational delivery of facilities services across single or multiple sites
-Ensure all services are delivered in line with legal, regulatory, statutory, and client requirements
-Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational issues, responding promptly and professionally
-Maintain high standards of performance, safety, and compliance across all service areas
-Ensure sites operate efficiently while meeting all contractual obligations
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
-Solid general education and a relevant qualification in Facilities Management
-Proven track record of continuous professional development within the FM industry
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
-Demonstrated commitment to excellence and a customer-focused approach
