There are two shift patterns available:
- Monday to Friday, 06:00-15:00
- Monday to Friday, 12:00-21:00
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Willand. This role involves supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed, and handled to a high standard.
Key Duties:- Assist in the production and packing of products.
- Physically able to cope with operating pallet trucks and lifting cofee boxes.
- Follow operational procedures and meet production deadlines.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety on the factory floor.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
- Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment.
- Own transport.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- £12.71 per hour starting pay, with potential increases based on experience.
- Temporary to permanent opportunity.
- Supportive team environment with on-the-job training.
- Stable, full-time hours with no weekend work.
