General Production Operative

Willand | £12.71 per hour | Full time | Temporary / Temp to Perm | Onsite

There are two shift patterns available:

  • Monday to Friday, 06:00-15:00
  • Monday to Friday, 12:00-21:00
Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting a General Production Operative to join a manufacturing team in Willand. This role involves supporting the day-to-day production process and ensuring products are packed, processed, and handled to a high standard.

Key Duties:
  • Assist in the production and packing of products.
  • Physically able to cope with operating pallet trucks and lifting cofee boxes.
  • Follow operational procedures and meet production deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety on the factory floor.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a production, packing, or warehouse environment.
  • Own transport.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
