Summary
Part time Ancillary Laboratory Assistant required to work in a busy ISO 17025 accredited Microbiology Laboratory based in Bournemouth (Wallisdown), dealing mainly with food, water and environmental samples.

The role includes but is not limited to:-
- general 'day to day' cleaning duties
- wash-up of laboratory glassware etc.
- assisting the culture media team in general tasks such as:-
* capping test tubes
* refilling pipette tip boxes
Previous experience is not required as full training will be given, although a good command of verbal and written English is essential.
To be considered for the role you will need to be:-
- reliable, hard working and flexible
- able to work 12 – 16 hours per week over 2 or 3 days
- able to work every Monday morning
- a conscientious, reliable and resourceful individual who can work well
with others as well as on their own using their own initiative
