Summary
Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council Appropriate experience within a defined Clinical area. Enhanced IT skills Enhanced levels of dexterity and accuracy pertaining to clinical skills. e.g. Administration of intravenous injections, cannulation, phlebotomy, CVC skills. Act as a resource for all staff disseminating clinical skills and knowledge Ensure personal and professional development is progressed through appraisal Demonstrate understanding of research-based practice, and participate as required in audit. To hold or be working towards a specialised course relevant to the Oncology / Haematology speciality.
