Summary
We are a well-established service with a long history of providing therapeutic services across the different geographical localities within Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. You will join other colleagues within PACT who despite the organisational challenges are committed to providing and maintaining high quality and compassionate psychological care and supporting other staff and multidisciplinary colleagues in applying psychodynamic ideas to their work through consultation, supervision, and training. You will be supported in the post through clinical supervision, and line management arrangements. The position will be based in The Olive Tree at Swanswell Point, Coventry and The Pines in Warwick although travel to other sites, including Nuneaton on occasion may be required and so car driver status is essential.
