About us
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to people in the comfort of their own homes. Every individual we support has unique needs – we tailor every care package to them, building a compassionate and skilled team around their requirements.
We live and work by the 6 Cs: Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage, and Commitment – and we’re looking for people who share those values.
Meet Our Client
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to support a young lady in her 20s living in Dudley.
She enjoys a wide range of hobbies, including listening to K-Pop, ABBA, and Bruno Mars, spending time on her iPad, and getting creative with arts and crafts. She loves being around people and values meaningful engagement throughout her day, so we are seeking carers who are enthusiastic, patient, and keen to build a genuine connection while supporting her to enjoy the activities she loves.
Responsibilities will include delivering personal care, supporting clinical interventions, and encouraging participation in meaningful activities that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Shifts may also include supporting with evening routines, ensuring a calm and comfortable transition to bedtime while maintaining a safe and reassuring environment.
Please note: Due to the nature of our vacancies, our clients have the right to request either female or male staff.
“This isn't just a job – it’s your opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.”
What You’ll Need
3 months’ care experience
Confident supporting with medication, personal care, moving and handling
Clear communication skills
Valid UK driving licence
Pet friendly – two dogs within the property
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay with enhancements for nights and weekends
Regular confirmed rotas and flexible scheduling
Reward & recognition programme
Supportive management and 24/7 on-call support
Opportunity to grow within a values-led, national care provider
Our funded training, including clinical skills, comes at no cost to you, though attendance is unpaid.
