Therapeutic Support Worker / Senior Therapeutic Support Worker
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking passionate and dedicated colleagues to join our team at Still Adventures.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality care and support in a therapeutic environment.
Empower young people to build independence, resilience, and life skills.
Support with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
Encourage participation in community activities, holidays, and outings.
Foster confidence, emotional well-being, and self-expression.
Maintain accurate records in line with Ofsted standards.
Safely administer and manage medication.
A key part of your role will be taking a therapeutic approach to care. You’ll receive specialist training in our therapeutic model, equipping you with the skills to support emotional regulation, build trust, and create a safe and structured environment for young people.

Compassionate, patient, and resilient individuals.
Team players who are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Those with experience in care or similar roles.
Your Work Pattern;
Two-week rolling rota (alternating long/short weeks)/(2 days on 2 days off)
15-hour shifts with sleep-in duties (sleep-ins paid separately).
Bank holiday work may be required depending on rota.
