Summary

The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑focused Incident Recording System (IRS) Data Technician to join a friendly and inclusive team, where you’ll play an important part in supporting operational colleagues, improving data quality, and helping our Service understand and learn from its incidents.

Your contribution will directly support teams across our Service and help ensure accurate information underpins our decisions and Service to the public.

What You Will be Working On

Check and maintain accurate incident records
Support staff by answering IRS queries
Respond to requests for incident information
Match incidents to address and property data
Handle sensitive information safely and securely
What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a detail focused individual with a good understanding of data management practice, experience of using databases to retrieve an analyse data, with a desire to learn the understanding of address matching data. Candidates should demonstrate and elevated level of diligence and work methodically.

You will work closely with the Incident Recording Systems and Data Officer in the quality assurance of our incident data. We value individuals who contribute their unique skills to a collaborative, dynamic environment.

Eligibility

Level 2 standard of education
Previous experience of Data Management practices
Familiarity with an Incident Recording System (IRS) would be beneficial
