Summary

We are recruiting two Senior Business Analysts to join our Project Delivery Team on 12‑month fixed term contracts. These roles will play a key part in helping to deliver strategic change at the University, working on complex initiatives that support the student lifecycle.

You will be aligned to one of our strategic projects and depending on timings and priorities at the point you join, this may include work related to Student Enquiry Management or the Student Information System projects.

Transformation & Improvement Services supports the University to deliver effective and sustainable change, helping leaders prioritise and deliver work that has the greatest impact.

About you
You are an experienced business analyst who enjoys working across the full range of business analysis activities to support the delivery of complex change. You are comfortable working with people, processes and technology, and able to bring clarity and structure to ambiguous or evolving problems.

You have experience across requirements management, process analysis and improvement, supporting testing and implementation, and contributing to benefits definition and realisation. You

You enjoy working in multi‑disciplinary teams, building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You are a clear and confident communicator, able to facilitate discussion and produce accessible, high‑quality documentation that supports shared understanding.

You value collaboration and inclusivity, contribute positively to a supportive team culture, and take a proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.

Where you will be working
In this role, you’ll be based at our modern Frenchay Campus

You’ll spend most of your time on campus, typically 3 days per week with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.

Interviews are tentatively scheduled to take place at our Frenchay Campus week commencing 15 June 2026.

This is a full time, fixed-term post for 12 months, working 37 hours per week.
This post is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time.
