Summary
Building Operative
Provide general building skills and support to the Building Supervisor & Team, Construction Director and the Projects Team
To assist with timber frame building & roof erection
To assist with 1st fix carpentry tasks
Provide back-up/cover when necessary for other roles within the Building & Contracts Team
Setting up & supplying materials to the general working area for the Building Team
Erection and fixing of timber wall, partition and roof components
Cutting and shaping of timber components
Other duties as requested to support the Building Team
Provide other support skills such as finishing, tiling & decoration skills to assist with maintenance work, snagging work & project work, all to support to the Building Supervisor & Team, Construction Director and the Projects Team
Provide back-up/cover when necessary for other roles within the Building & Projects Team
