What Our Client Is Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above — essential
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager, ideally within a large or busy setting
- Strong working knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements and safeguarding legislation
- A confident, hands-on leader who is capable of hitting the ground running
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and developing a team
- A genuine passion for early years education and childcare

Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a large, busy nursery setting
- Lead, manage and inspire a team of early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education
- Drive and maintain outstanding Ofsted outcomes through strong leadership and a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations, EYFS requirements and safeguarding standards
- Oversee recruitment, induction, supervision and performance management of staff
- Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, families and the wider community
- Manage nursery budgets, occupancy levels and business performance in line with group targets
